Role Overview

As a Survey & Lead Qualification Specialist, you will lead structured outbound survey conversations with professionals, gather valuable insights, and identify qualified opportunities.

This role is designed for individuals who excel in natural communication, rapport-building, and thoughtful engagement rather than scripted selling.

You will also coordinate follow-up discussions by scheduling directly into the client’s Google Calendar when interest is identified.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Survey Engagement

  • Initiate outbound calls using client-provided contact lists
  • Conduct structured surveys using a guided framework
  • Lead conversations in a natural, confident, and professional manner
  • Capture accurate responses, insights, and observations

Communication & Rapport Building

  • Build trust quickly with US-based professionals
  • Maintain a warm, respectful, and engaging tone
  • Demonstrate strong listening and conversational control
  • Avoid robotic scripting and high-pressure tactics

Lead Qualification & Scheduling

  • Identify respondents interested in additional information
  • Confirm willingness to proceed with follow-up discussions
  • Schedule meetings directly via the client’s Google Calendar

CRM & Data Management

  • Log call outcomes and survey responses in the CRM system
  • Maintain accurate notes and strong data integrity
  • Track callbacks, follow-ups, and action items

Coaching & Quality Assurance

  • Attend training and coaching sessions
  • Participate in call reviews and quality monitoring
  • Follow operational procedures and documentation standards

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience in outbound or client-facing roles
  • Background in appointment setting, lead qualification, or customer engagement
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Experience using CRM tools and Google Calendar
