Role Overview
As a Senior Sales & Partnership Manager, you will build and own the company’s revenue engine from the ground up.
This is a high-impact, builder role where you will create pipeline, close deals, and shape the entire sales function—working directly with the founder.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline & Growth
- Build and scale a repeatable outbound sales pipeline
- Drive prospecting across multiple industries and markets
- Own pipeline creation from zero to consistent flow
- Continuously refine targeting and outreach strategies
Full Sales Cycle Ownership
- Lead discovery calls, demos, and client conversations
- Develop proposals and negotiate with global clients
- Close deals ranging from small pilots to enterprise contracts
- Manage relationships from initial contact to closing
Strategy & Sales Development
- Shape messaging, positioning, and pricing strategy
- Test and refine sales approaches based on results
- Select and optimize sales tools and tech stack
- Work closely with the founder on key deals and direction
Team Building & Leadership
- Lay the foundation for a future sales team
- Support hiring and onboarding of SDRs and AEs
- Contribute to building scalable sales processes
- Help define long-term revenue structure
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven experience selling outsourcing, staffing, BPO, EOR, or RPO services
- Track record of closing both short-cycle and complex deals
- Experience building pipeline, not just managing inbound leads
