What You’ll Build
This is a builder role with real ownership.
You won’t inherit a system—you’ll create one.
- Build and scale a repeatable sales pipeline across multiple industries
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing $5K to 7-figure deals
- Shape messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales strategy
- Select and optimize the sales tech stack
- Lead discovery calls, demos, proposals, and negotiations with global clients
- Work directly with the founder on strategy and key deals
- Build the foundation for a future sales team
- Hire and lead SDRs and AEs as the company grows

Who This Is For
This role is for someone who:
- Has 8–12+ years in B2B sales
- Has sold outsourcing, staffing, BPO, EOR, RPO, or similar services
- Has closed both quick-turn deals and complex, high-value contracts
- Is confident selling to US, UK, or global markets
- Knows how to build pipeline—not just manage it
- Wants ownership, autonomy, and influence

Compensation
We are transparent about both the opportunity and the starting point.
- Base Salary: ₱30,000/month + a commission structure + after first three months based on performance base doubles.
- Compensation We offer a transparent, high-upside, gross-margin-based commission plan built for a true builder who wants to earn fast while protecting company profitability.
- First-Year Commission: 10% of gross margin on the first 12 months of recurring revenue from every deal you close and successfully onboard
- Early-Stage Accelerator: 12% of gross margin on any deal you close and paid within the first 90 days
- Residual Commission (Year 2+): 2% of gross margin on all ongoing revenue from clients you signed and closed.
- Payout Schedule: Quarterly (as long as the client remains active and paying)
- No commission cap — the more profitable revenue you bring in, the more you earn.
- We will build out a commission structure in the future for what it would like for when you grow a team.
- OTE: ₱150,000 – ₱200,000+/month
- Uncapped Commission: Your earnings grow as revenue grows
- Growth-Based Upside: As you build pipeline, close deals, and scale the team, your compensation will grow with it.
- Training & Knowledge: 3 Certifications - Digital Marketing, AI Sales and Marketing, Paid Ads, & Go to Market certifications.
- Additional training will be given for growth year by year.
Top performers in this role have the potential to exceed ₱300,000+/month as revenue scales.
This is the starting structure, with significant growth as you help build the revenue engine and expand the sales team.
