What You’ll Do:

  • Own the game plan: Develop and execute sales strategies that put Simply Source on top.
  • Open doors, globally: Generate high-quality leads and engage confidently with international clients (U.S., Europe, Asia, and beyond).
  • Be the deal-closer: Lead negotiations and drive contracts from pitch to signature.
  • Consult & partner: Understand client pain points and position Simply Source as the solution.
  • Mentor & inspire: Share your expertise with the team and help elevate our sales culture.
  • Innovate: Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas that cut through the noise and get results.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition (outsourcing/BPO industry strongly preferred).
  • A fearless communicator who can hold conversations with executives, decision-makers, and leaders across diverse cultures.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills—you know how to turn “maybe” into “yes.”
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt quickly in fast-moving markets.
  • Highly driven, independent, and results-oriented.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • A solid network of decision-makers in outsourcing/recruitment/workforce solutions.
  • Experience in both sales hunting (new clients) and farming (expanding existing accounts).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and lead generation strategies (social selling, LinkedIn outreach, etc.).
