We are looking for a Senior Lead Qualifier to join our sales team. This role is key in driving our pipeline by engaging with generated leads, qualifying them through calls and emails, and scheduling appointments for our closers. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales development strategies, and proven experience in lead qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, and other channels.
- Qualify prospects by assessing needs, budget, authority, and timeline.
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales closers/account executives.
- Manage and maintain a structured lead list and CRM records.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead engagement strategies.
- Track and report key metrics related to lead engagement, qualification rates, and appointment setting.
- Provide guidance to junior lead qualifiers, sharing best practices and supporting team growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or appointment setting (BPO/Outsourcing background is a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong phone presence and proven ability to handle high-volume outreach.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work night shifts to align with client time zones.
