Role Overview

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own and drive end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior technical roles across multiple industries and geographies.

This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, improve recruitment processes, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search
  • Leverage referrals and niche platforms for targeted hiring
  • Engage and attract high-quality technical candidates

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage recruitment from intake to offer stage
  • Conduct screenings and coordinate assessments
  • Drive candidate progression and closing
  • Handle multiple roles across different functions

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
  • Align hiring needs with market realities
  • Recommend improvements in hiring strategy
  • Support decision-making with insights

Reporting & Process Optimization

  • Track pipeline health and hiring metrics
  • Monitor conversion rates and time-to-fill
  • Improve recruitment workflows and SOPs
  • Recommend tools and process enhancements

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years experience in technical recruiting
  • Experience hiring Engineers, DevOps, Product, QA, or Data roles
  • Hands-on with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray, ATS)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment funnels and metrics

Bonus Points

  • Experience hiring across APAC, US, or remote teams
  • Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing
  • Familiarity with ATS tools, Notion, or automation workflows
