Role Overview
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own and drive end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior technical roles across multiple industries and geographies.
This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, improve recruitment processes, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search
- Leverage referrals and niche platforms for targeted hiring
- Engage and attract high-quality technical candidates
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage recruitment from intake to offer stage
- Conduct screenings and coordinate assessments
- Drive candidate progression and closing
- Handle multiple roles across different functions
Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
- Align hiring needs with market realities
- Recommend improvements in hiring strategy
- Support decision-making with insights
Reporting & Process Optimization
- Track pipeline health and hiring metrics
- Monitor conversion rates and time-to-fill
- Improve recruitment workflows and SOPs
- Recommend tools and process enhancements

Qualifications
- 5–8 years experience in technical recruiting
- Experience hiring Engineers, DevOps, Product, QA, or Data roles
- Hands-on with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray, ATS)
- Strong understanding of recruitment funnels and metrics
Bonus Points
- Experience hiring across APAC, US, or remote teams
- Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing
- Familiarity with ATS tools, Notion, or automation workflows
