Position Overview
The Project Manager will serve as the operational linchpin between clients, internal teams, and Simply Source’s executive leadership. This role is designed to ensure the successful execution of client deliverables, optimal scheduling of internal resources, and effective communication between all stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the CIO, the Project Manager will manage project timelines, oversee team coordination, and maintain transparent communication with clients—playing a critical role in ensuring both operational precision and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship & Project Delivery
- Act as the primary contact for client-side coordination, delivery schedules, and progress updates.
- Lead client onboarding, clarify scope, define deliverables, and establish project milestones.
- Ensure all outputs meet quality standards, deadlines, and agreed-upon expectations.
- Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Team Scheduling & Resource Coordination
- Manage workload distribution and capacity planning across development, automation, and support teams.
- Facilitate daily/weekly check-ins to align team output with project goals and timelines.
- Balance priorities between multiple concurrent client projects and internal initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate project bottlenecks or resource constraints proactively.
3. Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Maintain centralized dashboards or PM tools (e.g., Notion, ClickUp, Jira, Trello) for real-time visibility.
- Track task statuses, timelines, deliverables, and risks using project tracking tools.
- Submit weekly summary reports directly to the CIO and CEO, highlighting key updates, blockers, and recommendations.
4. Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
- Support the development and refinement of SOPs and internal workflows.
- Provide feedback to leadership on gaps, improvement opportunities, or automation use cases.
- Assist in optimizing tools and platforms for improved collaboration and tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in project management, client servicing, or operations in a tech/startup environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Clear, confident communicator with excellent written and verbal proficiency.
- Proficient in modern project management platforms (ClickUp, Notion, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.)

- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
