Role Overview

As the Head of Operations Delivery, you will serve as the operational linchpin between clients, internal teams, and executive leadership.

You will ensure successful project execution, efficient resource coordination, and clear communication—driving both operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Delivery

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client coordination
  • Lead onboarding, scope definition, and milestone planning
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Maintain consistent and professional client communication

Team Coordination & Resource Management

  • Manage workload distribution across internal teams
  • Align team output with timelines through regular check-ins
  • Balance priorities across multiple projects and initiatives
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively

Project Monitoring & Reporting

  • Maintain dashboards using tools like Notion, Jira, or ClickUp
  • Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and task progress
  • Provide weekly reports to leadership with key insights
  • Highlight blockers and recommend actionable solutions

Operational Excellence

  • Support development of SOPs and internal workflows
  • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Recommend automation and efficiency enhancements
  • Optimize tools and systems for better collaboration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in project management or operations
  • Experience in tech or startup environments
  • Proficiency in tools like ClickUp, Notion, Jira, Asana, or Trello
